How to measure for the best fit?

Calf Circumference
Measure around widest part of the calf muscle. Calf size is the primary determinant to achieve optimal compression.
Ankle circumference
Measure around narrowest part of the ankle about half an inch above the ankle bone. If your legs are swollen, this is most important measurement.
Foot size
Compression socks are highly elastic in the foot section, so they should fit your feet no matter which size you order. If you have big difference between your calf circumference and your foot size, combine a compression ankle sock with a compression calf sleeve to get the best fit.

Dressing Instructions

Dress right to make your product last longer! 

  1. Reach your hand inside the sock. Pull the sock inside out to the heel. Leave a “cup” for foot area.
  2. Place the cup to your feet over the heel.
  3. Pull the rest of the sock up.
  4. Leave the top band about 2 cm below the knee.


Wash after each use, 40℃ no bleaching or machine drying
